Barnes Contemporary II
Barnes Contemporary II
Size: 2150 sq ft
A natural continuation of our Barnes Contemporary project, this second phase focused on the thoughtful redesign of the upper floors, bringing cohesion and elevated functionality to the home.
The scope of works included the complete renovation of both his and hers bathrooms, each carefully tailored to balance practicality with a refined, contemporary aesthetic. Bespoke joinery played a central role throughout, with custom-designed solutions for the study, bedrooms, and a dedicated dressing nook within the principal suite—creating spaces that are as functional as they are beautifully considered.
Architectural detailing was enhanced through the introduction of new flooring, doors, and carefully specified features including architraves, skirting, and cornicing, adding depth and character across the interiors. Window treatments, alongside a curated paint and wallpaper specification, completed the scheme with a layered and cohesive finish.
All furniture and artwork were carefully specified to complement the overall design vision, ensuring a fully harmonious interior.
The overall design echoes the palette established on the lower floors, continuing the dialogue between masculine and feminine tones to create a harmonious yet dynamic living environment.
